William Moomaw is Director, Program on Natural Resource Management, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Moomaw's professional activities include: Senior Director, Tufts Institute of the Environment; Co-Director, Global Development and Environment Institute; Co-Director, Public Disputes Program, Program on Negotiations; Convening Lead Author, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change 2001; Board of Directors, Consensus Building Institute; Science Advisory Committeee, Earthwatch; Lead author, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change 2003.

He holds a B.A. from Williams College and a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
