CCTM PROJECT: Climate Change and the Military
The CCTM Project aims at stimulating the debate on the relation between climate change and the role of the military and on how it could contribute to the struggle against impending security threats. Central to this exercise is the MAC, 'Military Advisory Council', a group of serving and retired military officers calling for effective political actions to minimise the risks of climate change. » Programme Outline
